Access to the main functions of www.425dxn.org is provided by the 425DXN App
for Android. It is available on Google Play - free of charge, no ads. Enjoy!

4W8X ---> "We were in trouble deep as - until a few hours ago - we didn't
have a network connection between our two sites", the team reported on 17
November (http://www.timor-leste-dx.de/index.php). "The 500m Fiber Optics
cable which we brought was obviously damaged while it was laid out. Only
today we got a 5 GHz WiFi bridge link up and running. Many contacts of the
last days were not correctly uploaded to Club Log, but - by now - we have
made a full upload of our log. If you still don't see your contact(s) on
Club Log right now, please use the web form on our homepage and let us know.
For the coming days full operation of up to 12 signals at the same time
(plus EME) can be expected".

IDXC 2024 ---> Registration is now open for the 75th International DX Con-
vention, to be held at the Visalia Conference Center on 12-14 April 2024.
See https://www.dxconvention.org/registration.html for complete information.

PR0T ---> "Still within the first 24h of operations, some progress has been
done", it was reported on 17 November at 13.32 UTC. "Two fully operational
stations are on the air. A fully remote FT8 station and a local SSB/CW
station. All the operation till now is being run in low power. Later today,
the team hopes to have HP available. The goal is to keep on exploring the
maximum of 12m and 17m on FT8 and the other bands on SSB/CW. The team is
aware of some technical problems regarding the delay on the realtime log-
ging. The IT team is already dealing with that". See https://www.pr0t.com.br
for updates.

WINQSL ---> First released in 1995, the software originated from a QSL
Manager listing on paper from 1982. The latest version, accompanied by the
most recent dbase update (10 November 2023), can be downloaded for free at
https://www.winqsl.com/. [TNX DF6EX]

YASME NEWS ---> The Yasme Foundation reports that a new African node has
been added to the Reverse Beacon Network (RBN) with the activation of 7Q6M
in Malawi. The node was funded through a grant from Amateur Radio Digital
Communications, https://www.ardc.net/), managed and implemented by Yasme. At
its 8 November meeting, the Yasme board also approved funding for a node in
Ushuaia, at the southern tip of Argentina. [TNX K4ZW]
